Why Are There Multiple Charges on My Card?
Did you buy any additional products from us? We sometimes give you the option of adding complementary products to your purchases. If you see multiple charges on the same day, then you took us up on that.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you get your money back, simple as that. And we’ll honor that for a full year from the original date of your purchase. Simply put, we don’t want your money if you don’t find value in our stuff.
So how do I know what I actually bought from you?
You just need to look at the emails you received on the date of your original purchase. Search in your inbox for this exact phrase (yes, quote marks and all): “Items in Your Order”. That will pull up the invoices we sent your way. Or, just contact us and we’ll let you know!
Hmmm, I’m Gonna Just Call My Bank To Contest The Charges…
We can’t stop you, but we will contest the chargeback, and we usually win (we keep good records). Here’s a better idea: contact us instead at +1-888-405-1915. We’ll promptly refund you, and rather than deal with a banking rep, you’ll get to talk to one of the awesome, friendly people from our team.
But Seriously, Someone Stole My Card And Bought Your Stuff…
In that case, yes, contact your bank. But please contact us too. We take fraud very seriously – it hurts our business and it’s just not cool – and we work with our banking partners to help track down credit card thieves.

All of our products are delivered in our secure membership website, which is located at community.thesocialman.com. Your login is the email address you used when you made a purchase. And your unique password was sent to you in an email called “The Social Man Login Information.”
At present time, we don’t offer any of our products on DVD or Blu-Ray. We’re working on that, but for now, they’re all in the cloud. When we begin to print physical copies, we will notify our customers by email.
